High Holidays 2022

High Holidays 2022

Choose Connection. Choose Community. Choose to Shaare these holy days together.

On Yom Kippur morning we read these words: This day I have set before you life and death, blessing and curse. Choose life, so that you and those who come after you will continue in the traditions that draw us close in Holiness (Deut. 30:1—20). One of the most powerful ways to draw close and connect with holiness in our lives is by choosing to connect with community. Whether by participating in Shabbat and holiday celebrations, volunteering with one of our many social justice initiatives or expanding your Jewish learning – we invite you to make 5783 the year of choosing to renew your connections with Shaare Emeth. We can’t wait to welcome you home!

Special thanks to Laura Bolter, a Shaare Emeth member and local artist, illustrator, and calligrapher, for the use of her artwork for our High Holiday 2022 • 5783 materials.
