KeSHEr, Shaare Emeth’s new initiative for Women’s Programming, invites you to an evening of learning and creating around the Jewish value of shalom bayit, peace in the home.

The evening includes:

A brief learning session with Rabbi Andrea Goldstein on shalom bayit and the origin and spiritual practice of the mezuzah
A presentation by Michelle Schiller-Baker, executive director of St. Martha’s Hall, a St. Louis shelter providing assistance to abused women and children
Opportunities to create your own mezuzah and make care packages for women and children at St. Martha’s Hall

The event cost is $10

KeSHEr is looking for donations for this important program. Even if you cannot attend, please consider dropping off the items below at the donation bins in Shaare Emeth’s North Lobby.
