Let It Ripple is a 10-session program that allows participants to explore and nurture their own middot (ethical character traits) of humility, patience, trust, loving kindness and so much more. By nurturing these qualities in ourselves, we create ripples of compassion, understanding and respect in the communities and world around us, making a tikkun (a repair) not just within, but also in our broken world.
All are welcome. Participants should be able attend to all (or a large majority) of the classes, be willing to being paired with a chevruta partner (study partner) to discuss new ideas and practices and to be open to exploring practices in between each session. If you have any questions, contact Stacy Jespersen at[email protected].
