Sukkot is called Z’man Simchateinu, the time of our rejoicing. Using the symbols of the holiday and the practice of mindful eating, we will explore Judaism’s teachings on gratitude and abundance and how they play out in our own lives.
There is no charge for this program, but all participants are asked to bring at least one item of food to be donated to the Harvey Kornblum Jewish Food Pantry.
RSVP’s appreciated to Stacy Jespersen at [email protected].
