Shaare Emeth’s Religious School seeks educators!

Posted on June 28, 2021 by Jeremy Goldmeier

Are you a passionate teacher?

A creative former camp counselor?

A lover of Jewish learning?

An artist, musician, or cook who loves working with children?

We need you to join us to help create an amazing school year in Shaare Emeth’s Religious School!

The Religious School at Shaare Emeth is looking to add to our roster of stellar teachers for the 2021-2022 school year. We offer the best of all things Shaare Emeth: a warm community environment, a supportive religious school team, and countless opportunities to be creative and have fun living Jewishly. You don’t need to be an expert in Judaism or Hebrew to apply. We provide all of the curriculum and resources you need. We want to find people who care about Jewish learning, who believe in our community’s values, and want our learning programs to be safe, joyful, and meaningful for the next generation.

We have positions open on Tuesday afternoons, Wednesday afternoons, and Sunday mornings with the flexibility to teach on one or multiple days. We also have virtual (Zoom) and in-person teaching options for the Fall 2021 semester. Students range in age from Pre-K to 7th grade. Both seasoned educators and enthusiastic emerging teachers with the right experiences are encouraged to apply!

Please contact the Religious School office to learn more: call 314-569-1273 or email Marci Diamond, Assistant Director, at mdiamond@sestl.org.
