In the event that you experience any technical difficulties with your streaming, please try a few, or all, of the following suggestions…
1.) refresh your internet page by clicking the circular arrow button in the top corner of your internet page.
2.) Exit your internet browser, by clicking the X or red circle in the top corner of your internet page, and re-open it.
3.) Try switching to a different internet browser from the one you are currently using. Internet browser examples: Google Chrome, Safari, FireFox, Internet Explorer.
4.) Try checking your internet connection (which is controlled by your internet provider, for example: Charter/Spectrum, ATT, etc.) – unplug and replug your internet modem from the wall
5.) Try calling your internet provider ( Charter/Spectrum, ATT, etc.) and inform them that you are having trouble streaming a livestream on your computer. They might have a few protocols to ensure that your internet connection is operating properly.
